1. Dynamic lead calculation technology, can dynamically modify the lead by collecting the material flow, to achieve 5‰ measurement accuracy of the main material.
2. Small materials using fast and slow metering technology, according to the dosage of the formula, the metering process automatically switches the fast, slow and click mode. The measurement error of small materials can be controlled within ±10g with dynamic lead matching technology.
3. The system has a perfect process alarm function, such as weight abnormal alarm, metering timeout alarm, limit abnormal alarm, equipment abnormal alarm and so on. Prevent material leakage of weighing bucket, metering valve, abnormal interruption of production process, etc.
4. The system has a perfect signal anti-interference mechanism, which can be earthed at different positions of the hardware and corrected by the software communication algorithm, etc., which can effectively reduce the interference of high-order harmonics generated by the frequency converter, electromagnetic pulse when the high-power motor is started, and other signals to the weak current system.
5. The system has perfect production management function and production backtracking mechanism. First of all, the system configuration of personnel management, parameter management, formula management, task management, storage management and other production management functions, simple operation and easy to use, the requirements for operator education level are greatly reduced. Secondly, the system is configured with perfect report management, alarm log and other functions, which can trace the root of each batch of products, find each plate ingredient record, raw material consumption record, alarm record and so on.
