Roots Blower

Roots blower loading system:

There are two feeding modes: "positive pressure feeding" and "negative pressure feeding", mainly realizing plastic particles (such as MVLDPE, ABS, LDPE, LLDPE and LLDPE); PET、PPS、PE 、PP、 & nbsp;  HDPE) and other main raw materials.

System includes:

Roots blower, seal feeder, conveying pipe, control system, etc.

Roots blower characteristics:

(1) Operating pressure of roots blower: 9.8kpa~98kPa.

(2) The impeller of the fan adopts compound profile, with perfect meshing, less leakage and high efficiency.

(3) Roots blower impeller is made of nodular cast iron, requiring high machining accuracy and fitting selection, so the product has low noise and reliable operation.

(4) The air volume of Roots blower can range from 0.65m3/min to 26.0m3/min, with large coverage and wide application range.

(5) The whole product is compact in structure, small in size and light in weight.

(6) Long service life and simple maintenance.
